顾桥煤矿大宽度工作面防火技术
Fire Prevention Technology for Large-Width Working Faces in Guqiao Coal Mine
摘要: 采空区自然发火是矿井火灾主要的风险来源,本文以顾桥煤矿1313(3)工作面为例开展防火技术实践。通过明确采空区三带的划分与指标气体的选取,设计并实施了一套综合防灭火技术方案。基于采空区内O2与CO浓度变化曲线的分析,展示了方案的显著成果:采空区氧化带宽度缩减达15 m以上,遗煤低温氧化进程得到有效遏制,为矿井的安全生产筑牢了坚实屏障。
Abstract: Natural ignition in goaf is the main risk source of mine fire. This paper takes 1313(3) working face of Guqiao Coal Mine as an example to carry out fire prevention technology practice. Through the clear division of three zones of goaf and the selection of index gas, a set of comprehensive fire prevention and control technology scheme is designed and implemented. Based on the analysis of the change curve of O2 and CO concentration in the goaf, the remarkable results of the scheme are shown: the width of the oxidation belt in the goaf is reduced to more than 15 m, the low-temperature oxidation process of residual coal is effectively contained, and a solid barrier is built for the safe production of the mine.
