“五育并举”视域下高校辅导员协同推进学生全面发展的路径研究
Research on the Path of College Counselors Collaboratively Promoting the Comprehensive Development of Students from the Perspective of “Five Education Simultaneously”
摘要: “五育并举”是新时代教育方针的核心要义,更是高校落实立德树人根本任务、培养全面发展人才的重要遵循。高校辅导员作为学生思想政治教育和日常管理的核心力量,是衔接“五育”、协同各方教育资源的关键纽带。本文基于“五育并举”的时代内涵与高校育人工作实际,分析当前辅导员协同推进学生全面发展过程中存在的认知偏差、协同机制不完善、资源整合不足等问题,从理念革新、机制构建、路径拓展、能力提升四个维度,探索辅导员协同推进德、智、体、美、劳五育融合的实践路径,为高校落实“五育并举”教育方针、提升育人质量提供参考。
Abstract: “Five Education Simultaneously” is the core essence of the educational policy in the new era and also an important guide for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of moral education and cultivate well-rounded talents. College counselors, as the core force in students’ ideological and political education and daily management, are the key link in connecting the “five educations” and integrating various educational resources. Based on the contemporary connotation of “Five Education Simultaneously” and the actual situation of educational work in colleges, this paper analyzes problems existing in the collaborative promotion of students’ comprehensive development by counselors, such as cognitive biases, imperfect collaborative mechanisms, and insufficient resource integration. It explores practical paths for counselors to collaboratively promote the integration of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education from four dimensions: concept innovation, mechanism construction, path expansion, and capacity enhancement, providing reference for colleges to implement the “Five Education Simultaneously” policy and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
