摘要: 中医药文化是中华优秀传统文明的一部分，其底蕴深厚，影响深远。将医德医风建设思想融入医学生相关教育，有利于医业学子完成自身历史使命、成长成才，促进医德医风事业的发展。中华传统医德文化理念内涵丰富、特质鲜明，是新时代加强医学生医德教育的宝贵资源。本文旨在通过理论探讨与实践路径分析，深入研究在新时代背景下，如何有效实现中华优秀传统医德文化的创造性转化与创新性发展，并探索将其融入高校医学人才培养全过程的系统化方案，以期切实强化医学生的道德素养与职业精神培育，为医疗卫生事业的高质量发展输送德才兼备的卓越人才。

Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine is a cultural tradition integral to China’s outstanding traditional civilization, possessing profound heritage and far-reaching influence. Integrating the principles of medical ethics and professional conduct into medical student education facilitates students’ fulfillment of their historical mission, fosters their growth and development, and advances the cause of medical ethics and professional conduct. The rich and distinctive concepts of traditional Chinese medical ethics constitute a valuable resource for strengthening medical ethics education in the new era. This paper aims to explore, through theoretical discussion and practical pathway analysis, how to effectively achieve the creative transformation and innovative development of China’s outstanding traditional medical ethics culture in the context of the new era. It further seeks to develop a systematic approach for integrating these principles into the entire process of medical talent cultivation in higher education institutions. This endeavor seeks to strengthen the cultivation of medical students’ ethical character and professional spirit, thereby fostering outstanding talents with both integrity and competence to advance the high-quality development of the healthcare sector.
