Prospects for the Application of MBSE Technology in Test Data Acquisition for Complex Systems
摘要: 基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)技术在复杂系统测试数据采集中展现出巨大潜力,但当前应用仍面临标准化程度不足、技术适配性差、流程管理复杂等挑战。本文通过深入分析MBSE技术在复杂系统测试数据采集中的应用现状与关键问题,结合国际先进实践与技术发展趋势,从标准化建模体系构建、技术适配性强化、全流程优化与迭代机制、跨领域协同生态建设四个核心维度,提出了系统性的提升策略。研究表明,通过建立统一的MBSE建模规范、优化工具与硬件兼容性、构建闭环管理流程,可显著提升MBSE在复杂系统测试数据采集中的应用效果,为高端装备测试鉴定的数字化转型提供重要支撑。
Abstract: Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) technology shows enormous potential in test data acquisition for complex systems, yet its current application is confronted with challenges such as insufficient standardization, poor technical adaptability and complex process management. By thoroughly analyzing the application status and key issues of MBSE technology in test data acquisition for complex systems, and combining international advanced practices and technological development trends, this paper puts forward systematic improvement strategies from four core dimensions, namely the construction of a standardized modeling system, enhancement of technical adaptability, full-process optimization and iteration mechanism, and development of a cross-domain collaborative ecosystem. The research shows that establishing unified MBSE modeling specifications, optimizing tool-hardware compatibility, and building a closed-loop management process can significantly improve the application effectiveness of MBSE in test data acquisition for complex systems, providing crucial support for the digital transformation of testing and evaluation of high-end equipment.
