手摇式烟包添加装置的研制
Development of a Hand-Cranked Cigarette Pack Adding Device
摘要: 针对细支卷烟生产中待添加烟包人工处理效率低、质量隐患突出、劳动强度大等问题,本文研发一种手摇式烟包添加装置。借鉴斗轮式挖掘机的连续输送结构与包装机的下烟通道设计,通过方案论证、部件优化及试验验证,确定梯形下烟槽(长96 mm × 宽58 mm × 斜度0.978˚)、4槽斗轮、槽轮驱动机构及手摇式驱动方式的最优组合。现场应用结果表明,该装置烟包添加效率从人工操作的42包/min提升至98包/min,满足目标要求(≥92包/min);下烟阻塞率 ≤ 1%,烟包位置正确率 ≥ 99%,夹烟率 ≤ 1%,无质量缺陷产生。装置有效降低了操作人员的劳动强度,消除了安全隐患,为卷烟生产降本提质提供了技术支撑。
Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, prominent quality hazards and high labor intensity in manual handling of to-be-added cigarette packs in slim cigarette production, a hand-cranked cigarette pack adding device was developed in this paper. Drawing on the continuous conveying structure of bucket wheel excavators and the cigarette feeding channel design of packaging machines, the optimal combination of trapezoidal cigarette feeding trough (length 96 mm × width 58 mm × slope 0.978˚), 4-slot bucket wheel, Geneva drive mechanism and hand-cranked driving mode was determined through scheme demonstration, component optimization and experimental verification. Field application results show that the cigarette pack adding efficiency of the device is increased from 42 packs/min of manual operation to 98 packs/min, meeting the target requirement (≥92 packs/min); the cigarette jamming rate is ≤1%, the cigarette pack position accuracy rate is ≥99%, the cigarette clamping rate is ≤1%, and no quality defects are generated. The device effectively reduces the labor intensity of operators, eliminates potential safety hazards, and provides technical support for cost reduction and quality improvement in cigarette production.
