新媒体时代下大学生心理健康教育与生涯规划教育协同发展路径探究

Research on the Collaborative Development Path of Mental Health Education and Career Planning Education for College Students in the New Media Era

摘要: 新媒体时代的资源涌现与信息变革，既为大学生发展提供了多元可能，也使心理健康调适与职业发展规划的双重需求愈发凸显，因此推动两者教育协同发展成为高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要课题。文章以大学生心理健康教育与生涯规划教育协同发展为目标，通过文献研究与系统分析方法，首先剖析新媒体环境对大学生职业自我与心理状态的重构以及当前协同发展面临的现实困境。在此基础上，构建了涵盖动力机制、运行机制与保障机制的协同发展机制体系，进而提出以“观念引领–平台搭建–课程改革–师资赋能–支持评价”为五大支柱的实施路径，为高校破解两类教育割裂的难题提供理论参考。

Abstract: The emergence of resources and information revolution in the new media era not only provides diverse possibilities for the development of college students, but also highlights the dual needs of mental health adjustment and career development planning. Therefore, promoting the collaborative development of education in these two aspects has become an important issue for universities to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue and cultivating talent. With the goal of promoting the collaborative development of mental health education and career planning education for college students, this article employs literature research and systematic analysis methods. It first analyzes how the new media environment reconstructs college students’ professional self and psychological state, as well as the practical dilemmas faced by the current collaborative development. Based on this, it constructs a collaborative development mechanism system encompassing motivation mechanisms, operation mechanisms, and guarantee mechanisms. Furthermore, it proposes an implementation path with “concept guidance-platform building-curriculum reform-teacher empowerment-support evaluation” as the five pillars, providing a theoretical reference for universities to solve the problem of the separation of the two types of education.
