法治教育融入中学思政课的意义与实施路径

摘要: 思政课在法治教育的实施中发挥着不可替代的作用,不仅为其提供了坚实的理论基础和明确的价值导向,同时也通过法治教育这一重要组成部分,进一步丰富了思政课的内涵与外延。将法治教育有机融入思政课体系,对于培养学生的法治意识、强化其社会责任感,以及推动全面依法治国战略的深入实施,均具有深远的现实意义。为确保这一融合过程的顺利推进,需从课堂教学、实践教学及网络教学三个维度持续优化实施路径。具体而言,应着力加强师资队伍的专业化建设,不断完善课程体系的科学化构建,并定期开展融合效果的评估与反馈,从而确保法治教育与思政课的深度融合能够不断取得新的突破与进展。从国内研究现状来看,虽然关于思政课改革创新与青少年法治教育的探讨日益增多,但现有成果多集中于宏观政策解读或单一维度的教学策略,将二者置于“新课标”背景下进行系统性融合路径,特别是聚焦于中学阶段具体实施的研究与操作性方案设计仍显不足。本研究正是基于这一现实,试图探索一套更具针对性和可行性的融合实践路径。
Abstract: The ideological and political education plays an irreplaceable role in the implementation of rule of law education. It not only provides a solid theoretical foundation and clear value orientation, but also enriches the connotation and extension of ideological and political education through the important component of rule of law education. Integrating legal education into the ideological and political education system has profound practical significance for cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law, strengthening their sense of social responsibility, and promoting the in-depth implementation of the comprehensive strategy of governing the country by law. To ensure the smooth progress of this integration process, it is necessary to continuously optimize the implementation path from three dimensions: classroom teaching, practical teaching, and online teaching. Specifically, efforts should be made to strengthen the professionalization of the teaching staff, continuously improve the scientific construction of the curriculum system, and regularly conduct evaluations and feedback on the integration effect, in order to ensure that the deep integration of legal education and ideological and political courses can continuously make new breakthroughs and progress. While domestic scholarly discourse on the innovative development of ideological and political education and the cultivation of legal awareness among adolescents has grown considerably, the prevailing trend has been to emphasize either high-level policy interpretations or isolated teaching strategies. There remains a conspicuous gap in research that systematically addresses the integration of these two fields, particularly within the specific context of the New Curriculum Standards. Studies that concentrate on on-the-ground implementation within secondary education and offer detailed, operational frameworks are still notably insufficient. It is in response to this precise gap that the present study aims to develop a more targeted and viable pathway for practical integration.
