心理资本理论下高校家庭经济困难学生心理健康问题的成因及对策研究
Research on the Causes and Countermeasures of Mental Health Problems among College Students from Economically Disadvantaged Families under the Theory of Psychological Capital
摘要: 随着我国高等教育从精英教育向大众教育的转变,高校家庭经济困难学生的数量显著增加,其心理健康问题日益成为教育关注的焦点。本文基于心理资本理论,深入分析了该群体心理问题的具体表现,包括自卑、自我封闭、嫉妒、偏执及焦虑情绪等,并从学校、社会、家庭及个人四个层面探讨了其成因。基于此,本文提出了针对性的解决策略,旨在通过优化资助政策、构建心理支持体系、加强校园文化与社团建设、完善就业指导及强化家校合作与社区联动等路径,有效缓解家庭经济困难学生的心理压力,提升其心理健康水平。
Abstract: With the transition of higher education in China from elite education to mass education, the number of college students from economically disadvantaged families has increased significantly, and their mental health issues have increasingly become a focal point of educational concern. Based on the theory of psychological capital, this paper provides an in-depth analysis of the specific manifestations of psychological problems in this group, including inferiority complex, self-isolation, jealousy, paranoia, and anxiety. It also explores the causes from four perspectives: schools, society, families, and individuals. Based on this analysis, this paper proposes targeted solutions aimed at effectively alleviating the psychological pressure on students from economically disadvantaged families and improving their mental health levels through optimizing financial aid policies, constructing a psychological support system, strengthening campus culture and community building, improving career guidance, and enhancing home-school cooperation and community collaboration.
