协同育人视域下高校全域阅读教育服务生态系统构建策略研究

Research on the Construction Strategy of the All-Round Reading Education Service Ecosystem in Universities from the Perspective of Collaborative Education

摘要: 在数智化转型与高等教育高质量发展的双重语境下，高校阅读教育已从单一部门的阅读推广升级为多主体协同的全域价值共生系统性工程。针对当前高校阅读教育存在的全域协同缺位、场景体验割裂、长效运营乏力等困境，本文以服务主导逻辑为元理论，构建“双轮赋能–四维共创–全域联动”动态模型。该模型系统阐释了政策–技术双轮驱动、政策–技术–用户–资源四维互动、图书馆–院系–职能部门全域联动的价值共创机制。基于此，提出“生态位聚焦、界面友好、情境嵌入、能力催化、机制保障”五位一体优化策略路径。研究旨在为高校构建覆盖全学段、融合全学科、联动全主体的智慧阅读育人体系提供参考，为图书馆从“资源服务者”向“全域阅读教育生态协调枢纽”的角色跃迁提供方向。

Abstract: Against the dual backdrop of digital and intelligent transformation and the high-quality development of higher education, university reading education has evolved from a one-department reading promotion initiative into a systematic project of all-round value symbiosis with multi-subject collaboration. Aiming at the predicaments existing in current university reading education, such as the lack of all-round collaboration, fragmented scenario experience and insufficient long-term operation capacity, this paper takes the Service-Dominant Logic as the meta-theory and constructs a dynamic model of “Dual-wheel Empowerment, Four-dimensional Co-creation, All-round Linkage”. This model systematically expounds the value co-creation mechanism featuring the dual-wheel drive of policy and technology, the four-dimensional interaction of policy, technology, users and resources, and the all-round linkage of libraries, academic departments and functional departments. On this basis, a five-in-one optimized strategy path including ecological niche focusing, user-friendly interface, contextual embedding, capability catalysis and mechanism guarantee is proposed. This research is intended to provide a reference for universities to construct a smart reading education system covering all academic stages, integrating all disciplines and linking all subjects, and point out the direction for libraries to transform from “resource service providers” to “ecological coordination hubs for all-round reading education in universities”.
