AI赋能ADDIE理念的“智能优化算法”教学设计
“Intelligent Optimization Algorithm” Teaching Design Based on the ADDIE Concept Empowered by AI
摘要: 《智能优化算法》作为人工智能与数据科学领域的核心课程,以传授算法理论、培养复杂工程优化问题解决能力为目标。针对其传统教学中理论与实践脱节、学生参与度低、效果难量化的困境,本文探索AI赋能ADDIE模型在智能优化算法课程的融合应用路径。首先,厘清ADDIE模型(分析、设计、开发、实施、评估)的核心逻辑与AI在教育场景的应用价值;之后,构建AI赋能ADDIE的课程教学改革体系与实施策略——AI助力精准学情分析、分层方案设计、智能资源开发、多维度效果评估与教学动态调整;最后,提出对策建议。研究为该课程提供系统可操作的改革方案,对提升教学质量、培养学生算法应用能力具参考价值,也为同类工科课程改革提供借鉴。
Abstract: As a core course in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science, “Intelligent Optimization Algorithms” aims to impart algorithm theories and cultivate the ability to solve complex engineering optimization problems. Addressing the difficulties in traditional teaching, namely, the disconnect between theory and practice, low student engagement, and the difficulty in quantifying outcomes, this paper explores the integration and application pathways of the AI-empowered ADDIE model in the Intelligent Optimization Algorithms course. First, we clarify the core logic of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and the application value of AI in educational settings. Subsequently, we construct a reform system and implementation strategy for the AI-empowered ADDIE curriculum, specifically: AI assists in accurate student performance analysis, hierarchical solution design, intelligent resource development, multi-dimensional outcome evaluation, and dynamic teaching adjustment. Finally, we propose countermeasures and suggestions. This research provides a systematic and actionable reform plan for the course, offering valuable reference for improving teaching quality and fostering students’ algorithmic application abilities, and also serves as a benchmark for the reform of similar engineering courses.
