互动视角下网络“文字讨好症”表征形式与情感表达

The Representational Forms and Emotional Expression of Online “Textual Ingratiation Syndrome” from an Interactive Perspective

摘要: 当前，网络互动交际中逐渐形成了一类新型话语表达形式，交际者在微信等网络聊天场景中，会刻意或习惯性运用语气词、表情符号等语言手段，以亲和、友善的表达态度传递沟通诚意，提升对方的交流体验，从而高效实现网络交际的各类需求，这类话语现象被称为“文字讨好症”。以往相关研究多从社会现象或社会心理视角展开，本文将从语言学研究视角出发，以网络互动语言为分析基础，从交际发起、互动应答等不同视角，详细探讨“文字讨好症”的语言表征形式，并深入剖析其背后蕴含的言者主观情感表达与交际诉求，为网络互动语言的研究补充新的分析维度。

Abstract: In current online interactive communication, a new type of discourse expression has gradually formed. In online chat scenarios such as WeChat, communicators will deliberately or habitually use linguistic devices such as modal particles and emojis to convey communication sincerity with an amiable and friendly expression attitude, enhance the other party’s communication experience, and thus efficiently realize various needs of online communication. This kind of discourse phenomenon is called “Textual Ingratiation Syndrome”. Previous relevant studies have mostly been carried out from the perspective of social phenomena or social psychology. Based on the linguistic research perspective and taking online interactive language as the analysis foundation, this paper discusses in detail the linguistic representation forms of “Textual Ingratiation Syndrome” from three core links of online communication: communication initiation, interactive response and continuous communication, and deeply analyzes the subjective emotional expression and communicative demands of the speaker implied behind it, so as to supplement a new analysis dimension for the research of online interactive language.
