高校图书馆阅读疗愈实践现状与优化路径研究

Research on the Current Situation and Optimization Path of Reading Therapy Practice in University Libraries

摘要: 为满足大学生群体日益增长的心理健康服务需求，充分发挥高校图书馆在健康校园建设中的积极作用，本文通过文献调研与网络调查法，系统分析国内高校图书馆阅读疗愈服务现状。研究发现，当前高校图书馆阅读疗愈存在服务机制碎片化、认知推广不足、专业人才匮乏等现实挑战，并据此从机制构建、空间赋能、队伍培养、品牌推广四个维度提出优化策略，以期为推动高校图书馆阅读疗愈服务体系化发展提供理论参考和路径支持。

Abstract: To meet the growing mental health service demands of college students and fully leverage the positive role of university libraries in building a healthy campus, this paper systematically analyzes the current status of reading therapy services in domestic university libraries through literature review and online surveys. The research finds that there are several practical challenges in the current reading therapy services in university libraries, including fragmented service mechanisms, insufficient awareness and promotion, and shortage of professional talents. Based on these findings, this paper proposes optimization strategies from four dimensions: mechanism construction, space empowerment, team training, and brand promotion, with the aim of providing theoretical references and path support for the systematic development of reading therapy services in university libraries.
