摘要: 目的:探讨人工智能(Artificial intelligence, AI)联合虚拟现实(Virtual reality, VR)技术在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中的构建与实践效果。方法:随机选择西南医科大学2022级临床医学专业本科的2个班级学生作为研究对象,实验组采用AI联合VR技术同以授课为基础(Lecture-based learning, LBL)和以问题为基础(Problem-based learning, PBL)教学法联合授课,对照组采用LBL + PBL教学法授课,分析比较两组学生问卷调查结果和理论及临床技能考试成绩等。将上述教学方法进一步推广应用至2023级学生,同法进行评估。结果:2022级、2023级、2022级 + 2023级实验组学生的理论考试成绩、问卷调查情况和临床基本技能操作考核明显优于对照组。结论:AI联合VR技术在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中的应用效果显著,值得在今后的教学中进一步推广应用。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the construction and practical effect of artificial intelligence (AI) combined with virtual reality (VR) technology in the teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery. Methods: Two classes of 2022 clinical medicine undergraduate students of Southwest Medical University were randomly selected as the research objects. The students of experimental group were taught by AI and VR technology with lecture-based learning (LBL) and problem-based learning (PBL) teaching methods, and the students of control group were taught by LBL with PBL teaching method. The results of the questionnaire survey and the theoretical and clinical skills tests of the two groups were analyzed and compared. The above teaching methods were further promoted and applied to the students of 2023, and the evaluation was carried out in the same way. Results: The theoretical examination scores, questionnaire survey conditions, and clinical basic skills operation assessment of the experimental group students of 2022, 2023, and 2022 with 2023 were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion: The application of AI combined with VR technology in the teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery has a remarkable effect, which is worthy of further promotion and application in the future teaching.
