环境化学教学团队建设研究与实践
Research and Practice on the Construction of Environmental Chemistry Teaching Teams
摘要: 本文从团队组成、课程体系构建、团队定位与目标三个方面,系统阐述了武汉大学环境化学教学团队的建设研究内容,从教学工作组织协调、教学研究项目开展、教学与科研相互促进、教学技能培训、学生创新能力培养、国际交流合作六个方面,全面总结了团队十余年的建设实践成效。在此基础上,分析了团队建设的问题,提出了未来的优化发展方向,以期为高校环境类专业教学团队的高质量、内涵式建设提供可复制、可推广的实践参考。
Abstract: This article systematically elaborates on the construction and research of the environmental chemistry teaching team at Wuhan University from three core aspects: team composition, curriculum system design, and team positioning and objectives. It comprehensively summarizes over a decade of practical outcomes in team development across six aspects: organization and coordination of teaching work, implementation of teaching and research projects, mutual promotion of teaching and research, teaching skill training, cultivation of students’ innovative abilities, and international exchange and cooperation. On this basis, it analyzes the problems in the team construction, and proposes directions for future optimization and development, aiming to offer replicable and scalable practical references for the high-quality, connotation-driven development of teaching teams in environmental disciplines at universities.
