陶行知“生活教育”思想中的教育家精神及其当代启示

The Educator’s Spirit in Tao Xingzhi’s “Life Education” Thought and Its Contemporary Implications

摘要: 陶行知“生活教育”思想以生活即教育、社会即学校、教学做合一为核心，具有鲜明的实践性、终身性、生活性特征，强调教育回归生活、立足实践、服务社会。本文在阐释其基本内涵与特点的基础上，挖掘“生活教育”与新时代教育家精神的内在关联，提炼出勤学笃行、乐教爱生、胸怀天下的精神特质。结合思政课教学实践，提出以生活教育为路径，锚定理想信念、实施仁爱教育、涵养育人智慧，推动教育家精神落地生根，助力思政课教师落实立德树人根本任务，培育担当时代大任的时代新人。

Abstract: Tao Xingzhi’s “Life Education” ideology centers on the concepts of “life as education”, “society as school”, and “teaching, doing, and learning combined”. It possesses distinct characteristics of practicality, lifelong learning, and life-orientedness, emphasizing the return of education to life, basing it on practice, and serving society. This article, in explaining its basic connotations and features, explores the intrinsic connection between “Life Education” and the spirit of modern educators, and extracts the spiritual traits of diligent study and firm practice, love for teaching and students, and a broad-minded outlook on the world. By integrating with the teaching practice of ideological and political courses, it proposes using the path of life education to anchor ideals and beliefs, implement benevolent education, cultivate educational wisdom, promote the implementation of the educator’s spirit, assist ideological and political course teachers in fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue, and cultivate new era individuals who are ready to shoulder the responsibilities of the times.
