课程思政在《药物毒理学》课程教学中的应用探索——以中药的毒性与安全性评价为例

The Application and Exploration of Ideological and Political Education in the Teaching of Pharmacotoxicology Course—Taking the Toxicity and Safety Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an Example

摘要: 在高等药学教育“立德树人”根本任务指引下，课程思政已成为专业课教学改革的核心方向之一。《药物毒理学》作为药学本科生专业核心课程，聚焦药物毒性机制、安全性评价及合理用药指导，其教学内容与思政教育元素具有天然契合性，尤其“中药的毒性与安全性评价”章节，兼具传统中医药智慧与现代毒理学理念，是实现专业知识传授与价值引领有机统一的重要载体。本文以该章节为教学案例，系统探索课程思政在《药物毒理学》教学中的融入路径，涵盖思政元素深度挖掘、教学目标重构、教学方法创新、教学内容融合设计及教学效果评价等环节，通过问卷调查验证思政融入的有效性，旨在为药学专业核心课程思政教学改革提供科学依据与实践参考，培育德才兼备、兼具专业素养与人文情怀的应用型药学人才。

Abstract: Under the guidance of the fundamental task of “fostering virtue through education” in higher pharmaceutical education, curriculum ideology and politics has become one of the core directions of professional course teaching reform. As a core course for pharmacy majors, Pharmacotoxicology focuses on drug toxicity mechanisms, safety evaluation and rational drug use guidance, and its teaching content has a natural connection with ideological and political education elements. In particular, the chapter “Toxicity and Safety Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine”, which integrates traditional Chinese medicine wisdom with modern toxicology concepts, serves as an important carrier for realizing the organic unity of professional knowledge transmission and value guidance. Taking this chapter as a teaching case, this paper systematically explores the integration path of curriculum ideology and politics in the teaching of Pharmacotoxicology, including in-depth excavation of ideological and political elements, reconstruction of teaching objectives, innovation of teaching methods, integrated design of teaching content and evaluation of teaching effects. The effectiveness of ideological and political integration is verified by questionnaire survey, aiming to provide scientific basis and practical reference for the reform of ideological and political teaching in core pharmacy courses, and cultivate application-oriented pharmacy talents with both professional quality and humanistic feelings.
