清肺枇杷饮治疗脂溢性皮炎疗效观察

Observation of the Efficacy of Qingfei Pipayin Decoction for the Treatment of Rosacea

摘要: 目的：观察清肺枇杷饮治疗脂溢性皮炎疗效。方法：选择2024年1月~2025年5月在我院门诊就诊的脂溢性皮炎患者，随机分成两组，对照组给予甲硝唑凝胶治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上同时给予清肺枇杷饮治疗。两组治疗疗程均为4周。结果：共治疗脂溢性皮炎38例，对症组18例，研究组20例。两组患者治疗4周后，对照组和研究组有效率分别为72.2%和85.0%，研究组有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：清肺枇杷饮能有效治疗脂溢性皮炎，优于单纯外用药物治疗。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Qingfei Pipayin Decoction in treating seborrheic dermatitis. Methods: Patients with seborrheic dermatitis who visited our outpatient department from January 2024 to May 2025 were randomly assigned to two groups. The control group received metronidazole gel treatment, while the study group additionally received Qingfei Pipayin Decoction alongside the control group’s regimen. Both groups underwent a 4-week treatment course. Results: A total of 38 cases of seborrheic dermatitis were treated, including 18 in the symptomatic group and 20 in the study group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the response rates were 72.2% in the control group and 85.0% in the study group. The response rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Qingfei Pipai Decoction effectively treats seborrheic dermatitis and demonstrates superior efficacy compared to topical medication alone.
