摘要: 心理学是研究人的行为以及心理活动规律的科学。因此几乎所有人文社会科学都与心理学有着这样或那样的关系，自然科学的许多门类也可以与心理学发展出相互交叉的领域。新世纪以来随着科技发展水平的不断提高以及社会问题复杂化程度的不断加深，心理学领域的研究方法经历了显著的变革与创新，从主观的内省发展到客观的实验，再到综合多学科的研究方法，不断推动心理学的科学化与实用化。跨学科综合研究方法的出现是历史的必然选择，它结合了多种学科的理论、工具和技术，提供了更全面和深刻的理解，推动了心理学研究的深化和扩展。

Abstract: Psychology is the scientific study of human behavior and the laws of mental activity. As such, nearly all humanities and social sciences are interconnected with psychology in various ways, and many branches of natural sciences have also developed intersecting fields with psychology. Since the turn of the 21st century, with the continuous advancement of science and technology and the increasing complexity of social problems, research methods in psychology have undergone significant transformation and innovation—from subjective introspection to objective experimentation, and further to the integration of multidisciplinary approaches. This evolution has consistently advanced the scientization and practical application of psychology. The emergence of interdisciplinary comprehensive research methods is an inevitable historical choice. By integrating theories, tools, and techniques from multiple disciplines, these methods provide a more comprehensive and profound understanding, thereby deepening and expanding psychological research.
