上向分层分支进路式胶结充填采矿法在倾斜中厚矿体中的应用
Application of Upward Layered and Branching Access-Type Cemented Filling Mining Method in the Inclined Medium-Thick Ore Bodies
摘要: 南京爱景山锶矿为急倾斜、中厚矿体,矿体形态多变,常见分支复合现象。采用传统浅孔留矿采矿方法采矿会造成底柱和间柱的损失,损失率高,且贫化大。矿山通过反复论证,提出“上向分层分支进路式胶结充填采矿法”采矿工艺,即在矿体下盘布置脉外人行斜井、脉内联络道、随行溜井等措施,采用脉内分支进路回采,有效控制了采场顶板暴露面积,不留顶底柱,提高了回采率,保证了回采安全。该工艺为矿山取得了较好的技术经济指标,同时也提高了矿柱回收的安全性。该技术可为类似矿山提供借鉴。
Abstract: The ore body of Nanjing Aijingshan strontium deposit is a steeply inclined, medium-thick one with diverse shapes and common branching and composite phenomena. The traditional shallow hole retention mining method could cause loss of bottom and intermediate columns, with a high loss rate and significant impoverishment. After repeated argumentations, the mine proposed “upward layered and branching access-type cemented filling mining method”, which involves arranging out of vein inclined shafts, in vein connecting passages, accompanying chutes and other measures in the lower part of the ore body, using in vein branching access for mining, effectively controlling the exposed area of the roof of the mining area, leaving no roof and bottom pillars, improving the mining rate, and ensuring mining safety. This process has achieved good technical and economic indicators for the mine, while also improving the safety of pillar recovery. This technology maybe provide a reference for similar mines.
