柔性管理在高校辅导员工作中的运用与思考
The Application and Reflection of Flexible Management in the Work of College Counselors
摘要: 高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的核心力量,其管理理念与工作方式对育人成效具有显著影响。随着“00后”和“10后”大学生逐渐成为校园的主力军,他们展现出思维敏捷、创造力丰富的特质,并具备独立思考能力、鲜明的个人见解以及独特的个性。面对新一代大学生,传统的刚性管理模式已难以满足他们的发展需求。柔性管理作为一种“以人为本”的管理理念,正日益受到高校辅导员的青睐,成为其重要的工作手段。文章通过系统梳理柔性管理的内涵与特征,深入探讨其在辅导员工作中的实际作用,并细致分析辅导员实施柔性管理的有效路径,旨在全面提升辅导员工作的科学化和管理化水平。
Abstract: University counselors, as the core force in college students’ ideological and political education, their management concepts and working methods have a significant impact on educational outcomes. As the “post-00s” and “post-10s” gradually become the main force of the campus, they show the characteristics of quick thinking and rich creativity, as well as the ability to think independently, distinct personal opinions and unique personalities. Facing the new generation of college students, the traditional rigid management mode has been difficult to meet their development needs. As a “people-oriented” management concept, flexible management is increasingly favored by college counselors and has become an important working means for them. This paper systematically summarizes the connotation and characteristics of flexible management, deeply discusses its practical role in the work of counselors, and carefully analyzes the effective path of counselors to implement flexible management, aiming at comprehensively improving the scientific and managerial level of counselors’ work.
