浅探城市社区嵌入式养老服务的具体实践与优化路径——以浙江省桐乡市梧桐街道16个养老驿站为例

A Preliminary Exploration of the Specific Practices and Optimization Paths of Embedded Elderly Care Services in Urban Communities—Taking the 16 Elderly Care Stations in Wutong Street, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province as Examples

摘要: 在人口老龄化进程加快背景下，嵌入式养老成为破解养老服务供需矛盾的重要模式。基于浙江省桐乡市梧桐街道16个养老驿站的调研数据，该模式具有服务集成性、空间嵌入性与资源协调等优势，但存在医疗服务覆盖不足、服务内容单一、资源分配不均、人员配备不完善及宣传不到位等问题。据此，围绕政策完善、技术支撑、机制创新维度提出优化路径，为县域嵌入式养老服务高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of accelerated population aging, embedded elderly care has emerged as a crucial model to address the imbalance between supply and demand in elderly care services. Based on research data from 16 elderly care stations in Wutong Street, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province, this model demonstrates advantages such as service integration, spatial embedding, and resource coordination. However, it faces challenges including insufficient medical service coverage, limited service content, uneven resource allocation, inadequate staffing, and inadequate promotion. In light of this, optimization paths are proposed focusing on policy improvement, technical support, and mechanism innovation, providing a reference for the high-quality development of embedded elderly care services at the county level.
