大学生心理危机干预模式研究综述
A Review of Intervention Models for College Students’ Psychological Crisis

摘要: 自《全面加强和改进新时代学生心理健康工作专项行动计划(2023~2025年)》等政策推进以来,大学生心理健康问题日益受到高校与社会重视,干预模式持续完善。但同时,当前体系仍存在多种现实困境,干预能力仍有提升空间。构建系统、长效的心理危机干预机制,不仅是维护校园安全稳定的重要保障,也是促进学生全面发展、提升心理韧性的内在要求,家庭、学校与社会是协同干预的关键力量。本文以“预防–预警–干预–恢复”全周期闭环为框架,围绕4R危机管理理论、家校社协同机制等因素展开分析,并对大学生心理危机干预体系的未来研究方向进行展望。
Abstract: Since the implementation of policies such as the “Special Action Plan for Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving Mental Health Work for Students in the New Era (2023~2025)”, the mental health issues of college students have increasingly received attention from universities and society, and the intervention models have been continuously improved. However, at the same time, the current system still faces various practical challenges, and the intervention capabilities still have room for improvement. Building a systematic and long-term psychological crisis intervention mechanism is not only an important guarantee for maintaining campus safety and stability, but also an inherent requirement for promoting students’ all-round development and enhancing their psychological resilience. Family, school, and society are the key forces for collaborative intervention. This article takes the “prevention-warning-intervention-recovery” full-cycle closed loop as the framework, conducts analysis around factors such as the 4R crisis management theory and the home-school-community collaborative mechanism, and looks forward to the future research directions of the mental crisis intervention system for college students.
