工作游戏化对员工创新行为的影响研究:一个有调节的中介模型
A Study on the Effects of Gamification at Work on Employees’ Innovative Behavior: A Moderated Mediation Model
摘要: 本研究旨在揭示工作游戏化对员工创新行为的影响机制,构建了以创新自我效能感为中介、算法透明度为调节的模型。研究发现,工作游戏化能通过提升创新自我效能感来促进员工创新,且社交维度的直接效应最强,而沉浸维度的间接效应更突出。此外,高算法透明度能显著增强游戏化对创新自我效能感的积极作用,研究结论为企业提供了更精细化的游戏化设计启示。
Abstract: This study investigates how work gamification impacts employee innovative behavior through a model featuring innovative self-efficacy as a mediator and algorithmic transparency as a moderator. Results indicate that gamification fosters innovation by enhancing innovative self-efficacy, with the social dimension exerting the strongest direct effect and the immersive dimension showing a more potent indirect effect. Furthermore, high algorithmic transparency significantly amplifies the positive impact of gamification on innovative self-efficacy, offering refined insights for corporate gamification design.
