摘要: 随着数字技术与电商直播的深度融合,虚拟主播已成为一种新兴的数字化带货形态,凭借其形象可定制、全天候直播、运营成本较低及隐私保护等优势,为品牌营销与产品推广提供了创新路径。然而,其在情感交互、实时反馈与消费者信任构建等方面仍存在明显短板,制约了其应用效果的充分发挥。本文系统分析了虚拟主播在直播带货中的发展现状、应用场景与技术类型,剖析其在成本、时长、场景拓展等方面的优势,以及面临的情感交互生硬、内容合规风险等核心挑战。在此基础上,从创新直播模式、健全权益保护、突破关键技术等维度提出优化建议,以期为推动虚拟主播在电商领域的规范化、高质量发展提供参考。
Abstract: With the deep integration of digital technology and e-commerce live streaming, virtual hosts have emerged as a new form of digital product promotion. Leveraging their advantages such as customizable image, 24/7 live streaming, lower operational costs, and privacy protection, they have provided innovative paths for brand marketing and product promotion. However, they still have significant shortcomings in aspects such as emotional interaction, real-time feedback, and building consumer trust, which restrict the full realization of their application effects. This paper systematically analyzes the development status, application scenarios, and technical types of virtual hosts in live product promotion, examines their advantages in terms of cost, duration, and scene expansion, as well as the core challenges such as stiff emotional interaction and content compliance risks. Based on this, suggestions for optimization are proposed from dimensions such as innovating live streaming models, improving rights protection, and breaking through key technologies, with the aim of providing references for promoting the standardized and high-quality development of virtual hosts in the e-commerce field.
