从“十五五”规划看科学家精神融入高校思政课的深层价值
The Profound Value of Integrating the Spirit of Scientists into Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of the “15th Five-Year” Plan
摘要: “十五五”规划提出加快高水平科技自立自强。科技创新与教育发展二者的紧密关联为高校思政课赋予了新的时代命题。在国际科技竞争不断加剧且社会对创新型复合型人才需求愈发迫切的背景下,作为塑造学生价值观、强化责任担当主阵地的高校思政课,需要突破当前存在的融入方式单一以及缺乏系统性与深度的现实困境。将科学家精神深度融入教学实践,是落实“十五五”规划战略部署的重要举措,也是高校思政教育改革创新的关键路径,这一实践能够助力高校培养出具备创新能力、国际视野与家国情怀的新时代人才,为社会主义现代化建设与科技强国建设夯实思想基础、提供人才支撑。
Abstract: The “15th Five-Year” Plan proposal suggests accelerating the pursuit of high-level self-reliance and self-strengthening in science and technology. The close connection between scientific innovation and educational development has endowed ideological and political courses in colleges and universities with new contemporary propositions. Against the backdrop of intensifying international competition in science and technology and the increasingly urgent demand for innovative and compound talents in society, ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, which serve as the main front for shaping students’ values and strengthening their sense of responsibility, need to break through the current predicament of single integration methods and lack of systematicness and depth. Deeply integrating the spirit of scientists into teaching practice is an important measure to implement the strategic deployment of the “15th Five-Year” Plan and a key path for the reform and innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This practice can help colleges and universities cultivate new era talents with innovation capabilities, international vision, and a sense of patriotism, laying a solid ideological foundation and providing talent support for the construction of socialist modernization and a strong country in science and technology.
