师范专业认证背景下《物理学科教学设计与案例分析》课程教学研究
Research on the Course Teaching of “Instructional Design and Case Analysis of Physics Subject” under the Background of Teacher Education Professional Certification
摘要: 在教育强国与新时代教师教育改革的战略驱动下,师范类专业认证已成为深化师范教育内涵发展的关键举措。文章聚焦物理学师范专业核心课程《物理学科教学设计与案例分析》存在的课程思政融入不深、目标支撑模糊、内容衔接不畅和评价反馈薄弱等方面的现实问题,通过将师范专业认证核心理念深度融入教学实践,形成了以价值引领为前提、以能力提升为核心、以持续改进为动力的课程教学改革总体方案。构建了以融合科学家精神、科学思维与师德规范的课程思政框架,建立了理论为基、以生为本、案例剖析、实践锤炼、反馈改进的五维一体课程体系,形成了基于OBE理念的多元化动态考核机制,创建了课程目标与毕业要求可量化的支撑矩阵。研究结果表明,该方案能够切实提升课程教学与师范专业认证标准间的契合度与达成质量,在培养兼具深厚学科基础、出色教学实践能力与坚定育人情怀的未来卓越物理教师方面成效显著。
Abstract: Driven by the strategy of strengthening education and the reform of teacher education in the new era, normal professional certification has become a key measure to deepen the connotation development of normal education. This paper focuses on the practical problems existing in the core course of physics normal major “Instructional Design and Case Analysis of Physics Subject”, such as the lack of Ideological and political integration, fuzzy goal support, poor content cohesion, and weak evaluation feedback. Through the deep integration of the core concept of normal major certification into teaching practice, an overall plan for the teaching reform of the course with value guidance as the premise, ability improvement as the core, and continuous improvement as the driving force has been formed. It has built a curriculum ideological and political framework that integrates the spirit of scientists, scientific thinking and the norms of teachers’ ethics, established a five-dimensional integrated curriculum system based on theory, student-centered, case analysis, practice and feedback improvement, formed a diversified dynamic assessment mechanism based on the concept of OBE, and created a support matrix with quantifiable curriculum objectives and graduation requirements. The research results show that the program can effectively improve the compliance and quality of the course teaching and normal professional certification standards, and has achieved remarkable results in the cultivation of future excellent physics teachers with a deep discipline foundation, excellent teaching practice ability, and firm educational feelings.
