关于AI智能问诊系统与草本生活体验馆的OMO模式构建研究

A Study on the Construction of the OMO Model Integrating AI Intelligent Consultation System and Herbal Life Experience Center

摘要: 在数字化与大健康产业发展背景下，本研究响应党的二十大“保障人民健康优先发展”战略部署，立足于中医“药食同源”、“天人合一”理论，聚焦OMO模式驱动的“AI问诊 + 草本生活”新业态。通过利用人工智能、定量调查和定性调查相结合的方式，整合线上AI中医问诊平台与线下草本生活体验馆资源，以达到精准分析用户健康数据，提供个性化中医健康方案与草本养生服务的目的。该研究希冀融合AI技术与中医理论，优化草本产品与服务体验，致力于构建更加便捷高效个性化的健康管理新模式，推动科技与中医传统健康理念的深度融合。

Abstract: In the context of digitalization and the development of the big health industry, this research responds to the strategic deployment of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which emphasizes “prioritizing the protection of people’s health”. Based on the theories of “food and medicine being of the same origin” and “harmony between heaven and man” in traditional Chinese medicine, this study focuses on the new business model driven by OMO (Online-Mobile-Offline), namely “AI consultation + herbal lifestyle”. By combining artificial intelligence, quantitative surveys, and qualitative surveys, and integrating online AI Chinese medicine consultation platforms and offline herbal life experience centers, the aim is to precisely analyze users’ health data and provide personalized Chinese medicine health plans and herbal health care services. This research hopes to integrate AI technology with traditional Chinese medicine theory, optimize the experience of herbal products and services, and strive to build a more convenient, efficient, and personalized health management model, promoting the deep integration of technology and traditional Chinese health concepts.
