教育家精神引领高校教师队伍建设的三维审思:时代价值、现实困境及发展路向
The Three-Dimensional Reflection on the Spirit of Educators in Leading the Development of University Faculty: Temporal Value, Practical Challenges, and Developmental Directions
摘要: 在全球科技竞争日趋激烈、国家对创新人才需求迫切的背景下,教育家精神对高校教师队伍建设的引领价值愈发凸显。高校教师作为培养科技领军人才的关键力量,其专业素养与水平直接关乎国家科技自立自强与长远发展。教育家精神不仅为落实立德树人根本任务提供核心价值支柱,更能驱动教师实现专业自觉与自我超越,并为深化高等教育改革、支撑教育强国建设奠定坚实的精神基石。然而,当前教育家精神的引领作用仍面临制度建构不足、生态支撑不力、主体内化不够等多重现实困境。因此,系统完善制度设计、持续优化育人生态、有效激发教师自觉,构建三者协同共进的实施体系,成为推动教育家精神在高校教师队伍建设中真正落地生根的关键路径,具有重要的时代意义。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce global technological competition and the urgent need for innovative talent, the guiding value of the spirit of educators in the development of university faculty has become increasingly prominent. As a key force in cultivating leading scientific and technological talents, the professional competence and level of university faculty are directly linked to the self-reliance and long-term development of national science and technology. The spirit of educators not only provides a core value pillar for fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, but also drives teachers to achieve professional self-awareness and self-transcendence, laying a solid spiritual foundation for deepening higher education reform and supporting the construction of an education powerhouse. However, the leading role of the spirit of educators still faces multiple practical challenges, such as insufficient institutional construction, weak ecological support, and inadequate internalization by the main body. Therefore, systematically improving institutional design, continuously optimizing the educational ecosystem, effectively stimulating teacher self-awareness, and building a collaborative implementation system for these three aspects have become key pathways to truly grounding the spirit of educators in the development of university faculty, holding significant contemporary importance.
