文化养老视域下博物馆适老化服务的功能重构 ——以“创意生活”为导向

Functional Reconstruction of Age-Friendly Museum Services from the Perspective of Cultural Aging: Guided by “Creative Life”

摘要: 我国步入深度老龄化社会，传统物质养老模式难以匹配老年群体精神文化等需求，“积极老龄化”“文化养老”成核心命题。博物馆正从以藏品为中心向以人为中心转型。本文以“创意生活”为导向，结合相关理论，梳理老龄化社会下博物馆功能重构基础，明确其核心定位，分析我国博物馆适老化服务困境，从六个维度提出优化路径，推动构建老年友好型服务体系，为应对老龄化提供文化方案，让博物馆成为老年群体创意生活与品质养老的重要载体。

Abstract: As China enters a deeply aging society, traditional material-based elderly care models struggle to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly, making “active aging” and “cultural elderly care” central themes. Museums are transitioning from collection-centric to people-centric approaches. Guided by the concept of “creative living” and supported by relevant theories, this paper examines the foundational aspects of museum function restructuring in an aging society, clarifies their core positioning, analyzes challenges in age-friendly services for Chinese museums, and proposes optimization pathways across six dimensions. These efforts aim to build elderly-friendly service systems, provide cultural solutions for aging, and establish museums as vital platforms for the elderly’s creative lifestyles and quality retirement.
