Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology and the popularization of internet-based education, online training institutions have become an important component of the modern education system. However, the accompanying intellectual property protection issues, particularly in areas such as course content, technological platforms, and brand protection, have become significant bottlenecks for the development of the industry. This paper aims to explore the intellectual property issues faced by online training institutions and propose specific coping strategies through an analysis of the existing legal framework. Research indicates that strengthening intellectual property protection, enhancing the legal awareness of institutions, and promoting the integration of legal and technological innovations are crucial measures for ensuring the sustainable development of online education.
