摘要: 中学阶段是青少年生涯意识由启蒙迈向探索的关键过渡期,也是现代职业教育体系向基础教育延伸的重要环节。然而,当前政策与实践多聚焦于泛化的职业启蒙,对中学阶段职业探索教育的功能定位尚不清晰,相关研究与制度供给亦显著滞后。本文以职业发展理论、社会建构主义理论与教育公平理论为分析框架,系统梳理中学职业探索的理论内涵与价值逻辑,剖析其在制度、课程、师资与评价等方面的现实困境。研究认为,中学职业探索是实现教育类型融合、促进教育公平与人的全面发展的重要机制,提出以“纵向贯通、普职融通”为导向,围绕顶层制度、课程体系、师资建设、资源联动与评价机制五个维度进行优化。
Abstract: The middle school stage is a critical period during which adolescents shift from initial career awareness to systematic exploration and represents a key link in extending the modern vocational education system into basic education. However, current policies mainly emphasize generalized career enlightenment, while the functional positioning of career exploration at this stage remains unclear, and institutional support is insufficient. Based on career development theory, social constructivism, and educational equity theory, this study examines the theoretical connotations and value logic of middle school career exploration and analyzes its challenges in institutional design, curriculum development, teacher preparation, and evaluation. It argues that career exploration in middle school is essential for promoting integration between general and vocational education, enhancing educational equity, and fostering holistic development, and proposes optimization strategies focusing on institutional design, curriculum systems, teacher development, resource coordination, and evaluation reform.
