新质生产力视域下高职院校辅导员思想政治教育工作面临的挑战与对策研究

Challenges and Strategies for Ideological and Political Education by Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces

摘要: 新质生产力作为推动高质量发展的核心引擎，对高职院校人才培养体系提出系统性重塑要求。辅导员作为思政教育的骨干力量，其工作模式与能力结构面临深刻转型压力。本文基于辅导员工作实际，系统审视新质生产力背景下高职辅导员在价值引领、方法创新、实践融合与协同机制等方面面临的结构性挑战。研究发现，当前工作主要存在理论认知滞后、数字素养不足、产教融合虚化、制度保障缺失等现实困境。对此，本文从强化理论武装、推动技术赋能、深化实践融合、完善制度保障四个维度构建优化路径，旨在提升新质生产力背景下高职思政教育的时代性与实效性。

Abstract: As a core engine driving high-quality development, new quality productive forces necessitate a systematic restructuring of the talent cultivation framework in higher vocational education. Counselors, serving as key facilitators of ideological and political education, are confronted with profound demands to transform their working models and competency structures. Grounded in the practical context of counselor responsibilities, this study systematically examines the structural challenges faced by higher vocational counselors in value guidance, methodological innovation, practical integration, and collaborative mechanisms under the influence of new quality productive forces. The research identifies several persistent issues, including inadequate theoretical preparedness, insufficient digital literacy, superficial industry-education integration, and a lack of institutional support. In response, this paper proposes a multifaceted optimization framework comprising four dimensions: enhancing theoretical grounding, leveraging technological empowerment, deepening practice-based education, and strengthening institutional safeguards. The aim is to improve the relevance and effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational institutions within the evolving context of new quality productive forces, thereby better aligning educational outcomes with contemporary socio-economic demands.
