Perioperative Nursing Challenges and Insights in a Case of Stage IIIC Ovarian Cancer with Dermatomyositis

摘要: 目的：总结1例卵巢癌IIIC期合并皮肌炎的患者围手术期间的护理体会。方法：针对其肌无力、皮肤完整性受损、焦虑与恐惧、预防吸入性肺炎及窒息等疑难护理问题，通过制定个性化护理措施，患者住院期间肌无力症状未再进展，同时无跌倒坠床事件发生；皮疹、红斑症状明显好转，无压力性损伤事件发生；出院时焦虑、恐惧症状较术前明显减轻；住院期间无吸入性肺炎、窒息等并发症的发生。结果：经过28 d的治疗及精心护理，患者顺利出院。结论：对于卵巢癌IIIC期合并皮肌炎的患者，要密切观察患者病情，并通过系统化、个性化的护理，提高疗效，减少并发症发生。

Abstract: Objective: To summarize perioperative nursing experiences in a patient with stage IIIC ovarian cancer complicated by dermatomyositis. Methods: Addressing complex nursing challenges including muscle weakness, compromised skin integrity, anxiety and fear, and preventing aspiration pneumonia and suffocation, personalized care measures were implemented. During hospitalization, muscle weakness did not progress further, and no falls or bed falls occurred. Rash and erythema symptoms improved significantly, with no pressure injury incidents. Anxiety and fear symptoms were markedly reduced at discharge compared to preoperative levels. No complications such as aspiration pneumonia or asphyxia occurred during hospitalization. Results: After 28 days of treatment and meticulous care, the patient was discharged successfully. Conclusion: For patients with stage IIIC ovarian cancer complicated by dermatomyositis, close monitoring of clinical status and systematic, personalized nursing care are essential to enhance treatment efficacy and reduce complication incidence.
