乡村旅游营销中的乡村性体验在心理疗愈中的作用机制分析

摘要: 随着城市化进程的加速和现代生活方式的普及,城市病及心理健康问题日益严重,传统医学和临床干预已难以满足日益增长的心理疗愈需求。乡村旅游作为一种新兴的心理疗愈路径,凭借其独特的自然、文化和社会资源,为现代社会提供了心理修复的独特场域。本文从乡村性体验的多维内涵出发,构建了一个涵盖自然、文化和社会三重维度的疗愈机制框架,系统分析了乡村旅游营销如何通过乡村性体验调节游客的情绪、恢复压力与重建生活意义。研究发现,乡村自然环境通过感官调节和节律性时间结构对游客的生理与情感状态产生深远影响;乡村文化则通过物质和非物质载体激活游客的文化认同,并通过具身参与促进心理疗愈;乡村社会结构,通过弱连接社交和代际互动,帮助游客建立情感归属感和社会支持,从而缓解现代生活中的社会孤立感。基于这一分析,本文提出了乡村旅游营销的实践对策,包括强化自然维度的感官疗愈体验、构建文化维度的沉浸式体验以及利用社会维度增强情感联结等,旨在为乡村旅游的精细化营销与疗愈功能的实现提供理论支持与实践指导。
Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization and the proliferation of modern lifestyles, urban diseases and mental health issues have become increasingly severe. Traditional medical and clinical interventions are no longer sufficient to meet the growing demand for psychological healing. As an emerging pathway for psychological healing, rural tourism leverages its unique natural, cultural, and social resources to provide a distinctive field for psychological restoration in modern society. Starting from the multidimensional connotations of rurality, this paper constructs a healing mechanism framework encompassing three dimensions—natural, cultural, and social—and systematically analyzes how rural tourism marketing regulates tourists’ emotions, restores their stress levels, and reconstructs their sense of life meaning through the experience of rurality. The research reveals that the rural natural environment profoundly influences tourists’ physiological and emotional states through sensory regulation and rhythmic temporal structures. Rural culture, through its tangible and intangible carriers, activates tourists’ cultural identity and promotes psychological healing via embodied participation. The rural social structure, through weak-tie social interactions and intergenerational engagement, helps tourists establish a sense of emotional belonging and social support, thereby alleviating the social isolation prevalent in modern life. Based on this analysis, this paper proposes practical strategies for rural tourism marketing, including enhancing sensory healing experiences within the natural dimension, constructing immersive experiences within the cultural dimension, and strengthening emotional connections within the social dimension. This aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the refinement of rural tourism marketing and the realization of its healing function.
