“三阶四维”递进式茶文化育人模式创新——以北京农业职业学院为例
Innovation of a “Three-Stage, Four-Dimensional” Progressive Model for Tea Culture Education—A Case Study of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture
摘要: 茶文化作为中华传统文化重要的组成部分,具有传播传统文化、提高学生素质修养、服务美好生活的作用。针对职业院校学生传统文化素养不足、城乡文化育人差距显著等情况,本文提出“三阶四维”的递进式茶文化育人实践新模式,打造“课堂教学–赛创孵化–服培就业”三阶递进的茶文化育人新路径,打造“课程思政 + 教师团队 + 学生社团 + 茶产业”四维联动育人模式,实现了从课堂到赛场再到社会的全链条人才培养闭环。
Abstract: Tea culture, as an important component of traditional Chinese culture, plays a role in disseminating traditional culture, improving students’ quality and cultivation, and contributing to a better life. Addressing the insufficient traditional cultural literacy among vocational school students and the significant gap in cultural education between urban and rural areas, this paper proposes a new “three-stage, four-dimensional” progressive model for tea culture education. This model creates a new three-stage progressive path for tea culture education, encompassing classroom teaching, competition and innovation incubation, and service training and employment. It also establishes a four-dimensional linkage education model integrating curriculum-based ideological and political education, teacher teams, student associations, and the tea industry, achieving a closed-loop talent cultivation chain from the classroom to the competition arena and then to society.
