家校社协同育人“教联体”背景下青少年身心健康促进机制构建与路径研究
Research on the Mechanism Construction and Pathways for Promoting Adolescent Physical and Mental Health under the Background of the Home-School-Society Collaborative Education “Educational Consortium”
摘要: 为应对青少年体质健康下滑与心理问题高发的“双高”困境,本研究聚焦家校社协同育人“教联体”模式,结合全国及天津市实践,剖析协同育人现实困境。研究基于理论分析与访谈,提出心理韧性与感恩是“教联体”促进青少年身心健康的关键中介变量。进而构建了“多主体责任联动、资源整合共享、全周期培育渗透、文化氛围引领”四大核心机制,并系统化提出强化学校主导、夯实家庭基础、激活社会参与、完善政府保障的实践路径,旨在为“教联体”政策深化与实践推广提供兼具理论价值与区域适配性的参考。
Abstract: To address the dual challenges of declining physical health and rising psychological issues among adolescents, this study focuses on the Home-School-Society collaborative education model known as the “Educational Consortium”. By examining national practices and case studies from Tianjin, it analyzes the practical difficulties in collaborative education. Based on theoretical analysis and interviews, the research identifies psychological resilience and gratitude as key mediating variables through which the “Educational Consortium” promotes adolescent physical and mental health. Consequently, it constructs four core mechanisms: “Multi-agent Responsibility Linkage, Resource Integration and Sharing, Whole-cycle Cultivation and Infiltration, and Cultural Atmosphere Guidance”. It also systematically proposes practical pathways to strengthen school leadership, consolidate family foundations, activate social participation, and improve government safeguards. The aim is to provide theoretical insights and regionally adaptable references for deepening the “Educational Consortium” policy and its practical implementation.
