面向制药产业需求:OBE理念引领的应用型本科人才培养新范式探索与实践
Oriented to the Needs of the Pharmaceutical Industry: Exploration and Practice of a New Paradigm for Cultivating Applied Undergraduate Talents Guided by the OBE Concept
摘要: 针对我国制药产业转型过程中人才供给与产业需求错位的结构性矛盾,辽宁大学药学院以成果导向教育(OBE)理念为引领,开展了面向产业需求的应用型本科人才培养新范式探索。通过反向设计重构课程体系,紧跟行业发展更新教学内容,注重能力培养改革教学方法,打造“三模块、四融通”实践教学平台,创新多元化评价机制,引育并举建设教师队伍,构建了“专业特色鲜明、理论基础扎实、实践能力突出、创新意识敏锐”的人才培养模式。实践表明,该模式显著提升了学生的工程实践能力和创新意识,毕业生就业竞争力明显增强,为同类院校制药工程专业建设提供了可参考的实施框架。
Abstract: In response to the structural contradiction between talent supply and industrial demand during the transformation of China’s pharmaceutical industry, the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Liaoning University, guided by the Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) philosophy, has explored a new paradigm for cultivating applied undergraduate talents tailored to industrial needs. By reverse-designing and reconstructing the curriculum system, updating teaching content in line with industry developments, emphasizing competency cultivation through reformed teaching methods, building a “three-module, four-integration” practical teaching platform, innovating diversified evaluation mechanisms, and fostering a dual approach to teacher development through recruitment and cultivation, a talent cultivation model characterized by “distinctive professional features, solid theoretical foundations, outstanding practical abilities, and keen innovative awareness” has been established. Practice has demonstrated that this model significantly enhances students’ engineering practical abilities and innovative awareness, markedly strengthens the employment competitiveness of graduates, and provides a referential implementation framework for the development of pharmaceutical engineering programs in similar institutions.
