OBE理念下高职《普通地质学》课程改革与地质遗迹实习教学融合探索——以岩土工程技术专业为例
Exploration on the Integration of Curriculum Reform of “General Geology” and Geological Heritage Practice Teaching in Higher Vocational Education under the OBE Concept—Taking Geotechnical Engineering Technology Major as an Example
摘要: 针对高职岩土工程技术专业《普通地质学》理论与实践脱节、学生工程应用能力薄弱的核心问题,研究以成果导向教育(OBE)理念为引领,构建了以地质遗迹实习教学为关键抓手的系统性课程改革方案。以广西自然资源职业技术学院教改实践为案例,依托广西特色地质遗迹资源与校内仿真实验室,阐述了课程目标反向设计、教学内容项目化重构、教学场景虚实结合、评价体系过程化的实施路径。通过整合区域地质资源、联动校企双导师、创新教学模式,实现了从知识传授到能力培养的教学转型,有效提升了学生的地质实操与工程应用能力。该改革形成了可复制的教学路径,为同类高职院校培养高素质技术技能型岩土工程人才提供了实践参考。
Abstract: Aiming at the core problems of the disconnection between theory and practice and the weak engineering application ability of students in the course of “General Geology” for the geotechnical engineering technology major in higher vocational education, this study takes the outcome-based education (OBE) concept as the guide and constructs a systematic curriculum reform plan with geological heritage practice teaching as the key starting point. Taking the teaching reform practice of Guangxi Natural Resources Vocational and Technical College as a case, relying on Guangxi’s characteristic geological heritage resources and the on-campus simulation laboratory, this paper expounds the implementation paths of reverse design of curriculum objectives, project-based reconstruction of teaching content, combination of virtual and real teaching scenarios, and procedural evaluation system. Through integrating regional geological resources, linking school-enterprise double tutors and innovating teaching modes, the teaching transformation from knowledge imparting to ability training is realized, and students’ geological practical operation and engineering application abilities are effectively improved. The reform has formed a replicable teaching path, providing practical reference for similar higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled geotechnical engineering talents.
