农文旅融合视角下新疆农村集体经济发展模式探讨

The Exploration of Rural Collective Economy Development Models in Xinjiang from the Perspective of Agricultural, Cultural, and Tourism Integration

摘要: 本研究以新疆某县为例，探讨了在乡村振兴背景下，文旅融合对农村集体经济发展的影响。研究结合层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法，构建了文旅融合成效的评价指标体系，评估了就业、收入、文化传承、基础设施和环境保护等方面的影响。通过文献回顾和已有数据的分析，研究发现文旅融合在促进农业收入增长(约20%)、增加就业机会(约18%)以及改善基础设施方面具有显著成效。然而，环境保护和文化传承仍面临挑战，亟需进一步改进。基于此，本文提出了加强基础设施建设、文化资源保护、环保措施以及农民收入多样化等政策建议，以推动文旅融合的可持续发展。本研究还为未来文旅融合研究提供了新的思路，特别是在文化旅游创新模式和长期影响评估方面。

Abstract: This study takes a county in Xinjiang as a case to explore the impact of cultural and tourism integration on the development of rural collective economy in the context of rural revitalization. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, an evaluation system for the effectiveness of cultural and tourism integration was established, assessing aspects such as employment, income, cultural inheritance, infrastructure, and environmental protection. Through literature review and analysis of existing data, the study found that cultural and tourism integration significantly boosted agricultural income (approximately 20%), increased employment opportunities (approximately 18%), and improved infrastructure. However, challenges remain in environmental protection and cultural inheritance, which need further improvement. Based on these findings, this study proposes policy recommendations such as enhancing infrastructure, protecting cultural resources, improving environmental measures, and diversifying farmers’ income sources to promote the sustainable development of cultural and tourism integration. The study also provides new insights for future research, particularly in cultural tourism innovation models and long-term impact assessments.
