The Application of Playback Theatre in Psychological Intervention—A Literature Review and Perspective

摘要: 通过国内外文献综述，系统梳理一人一故事剧场在心理干预领域的理论基础、实证研究成果，聚焦其在精神障碍患者、老年人群以及经历社会创伤的边缘群体中的应用效果，并结合中国本土化实践探讨了其在跨文化语境下的适应性。发现：现有研究普遍存在的样本量偏小、缺乏长期随访，且多依赖自编量表，证据力不足的缺陷；本土化实践虽显示出促进人际能力与社区凝聚力的潜力，但仍面临本土文化压抑表达的挑战。

Abstract: Through a review of domestic and international literature, the theoretical foundations and empirical research findings on Playback Theatre in the field of psychological intervention are examined systematically. It focuses on its application outcomes among individuals with mental disorders, older adults, and marginalized groups who have experienced social trauma, and discusses its cross-cultural adaptability in light of localized practices in China. The analysis reveals that existing studies commonly suffer from small sample sizes, lack of long-term follow-up, and heavy reliance on self-developed measurement tools, resulting in limited evidentiary strength. While localized practices in China show potential in enhancing interpersonal skills and community cohesion, they still face challenges due to the expressive constraints imposed by local cultural.
