从“协同”到“共生”：大思政视域下时代新人铸魂工程合力机制的三维重构

From “Coordination” to “Symbiosis”: A Three-Dimensional Reconstruction of the Synergy Mechanism for the Soul-Casting Project of New-Generation Talent in the Perspective of Grand Ideological and Political Education

摘要: 时代新人铸魂工程是新时代高校思想政治工作的战略牵引，其成效关键在于能否形成高效的工作合力。当前，高校在推进该工程过程中面临合力生成导向不明、动力不足、保障不充分、激励不到位等现实困境，深层原因在于对合力内在机理的认识仍停留在“协同”层面，未能实现向“共生”的跃升。基于大思政“一体化领导、专业化运行、协同化育人”的三维格局，本文提出从“协同”到“共生”的理念升级，构建“结构耦合–功能互补–价值共创”的合力机制三维重构路径，以期为深入实施时代新人铸魂工程提供学理支撑和方法论指导。

Abstract: The Soul-Casting Project for New-Generation Talent serves as the strategic anchor for ideological and political work in higher education institutions in the new era, with its effectiveness hinging critically upon the formation of efficient synergistic forces. Currently, colleges and universities face practical dilemmas in advancing this project, including unclear orientation in synergy generation, insufficient momentum, inadequate support, and ineffective incentives. The root cause lies in the fact that the understanding of the internal mechanisms of synergy remains at the level of “coordination”, failing to achieve the leap to “symbiosis”. Grounded in the three-dimensional framework of Grand Ideological and Political Education—namely, integrated leadership, professional operation, and collaborative education—this paper proposes a conceptual upgrade from “coordination” to “symbiosis” and constructs a three-dimensional reconstruction pathway for the synergy mechanism characterized by “structural coupling-functional complementarity-value co-creation” aiming to provide theoretical support and methodological guidance for the in-depth implementation of the Soul-Casting Project for New-Generation Talent.
