排球运动与排球城市建设的互动机制及发展路径研究——以天津为例

Research on the Interactive Mechanism and Development Path of Volleyball Sports and Volleyball City Construction—A Case Study of Tianjin

摘要: 本文基于可持续发展理论框架，以天津市为实证研究对象，系统剖析排球运动与排球城市建设的双向互动关系。研究从排球运动的发展思路调整、多元机制构建、具体行动实施三个维度，阐释其对排球城市建设的赋能效应；同时从基础设施建设、专业赛事体系、文化传承创新三个层面，探究排球城市建设对排球运动可持续发展的支撑作用。研究提出排球城市建设的四大核心路径：全面提升排球竞技水平、构建多元排球人才培养体系、健全综合保障支撑机制、传承弘扬排球精神文化。本文旨在为我国排球城市的可持续建设提供理论支撑与实践范式，亦为其他体育项目与城市发展的互动研究提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the theoretical framework of sustainable development, this paper takes Tianjin as an empirical research object to systematically analyze the two-way interactive relationship between volleyball and volleyball city construction. From three dimensions including the adjustment of volleyball development ideas, the construction of multiple mechanisms and the implementation of specific actions, the study explains its enabling effect on volleyball city construction; meanwhile, it explores the supporting role of volleyball city construction in the sustainable development of volleyball from three aspects: infrastructure construction, professional event system and cultural inheritance and innovation. The research puts forward four core paths for the construction of “volleyball city”: comprehensively improving the level of volleyball competition, constructing a diversified volleyball talent training system, improving the comprehensive guarantee support mechanism, and inheriting and promoting the volleyball spirit and culture. This paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical paradigm for the sustainable construction of volleyball cities in China, and also offer reference for the interactive research between other sports projects and urban development.
