基于PDCA循环的上海长风公园改造提升工程监理措施研究
Research on Supervision Measures of Shanghai Changfeng Park Renovation and Enhancement Project Based on PDCA Cycle
摘要: 本文以上海长风公园改造提升工程为研究对象,聚焦于城市中心区在“边运营、边施工”复杂条件下,实施高品质景观提升工程的施工阶段监理控制措施。通过引入PDCA循环管理理论,系统阐述了从施工准备至验收的全过程精细化监理流程,并重点强化关键作业安全管控与环境保护措施。通过与完全封闭施工项目的对比,分析了开放环境下监理工作量的增加与风险控制的特殊性,以期实现质量、安全、进度与文明施工的协同管控。本文总结的监理控制经验,可为同类城市更新背景下,追求生态、艺术与功能融合的景观工程建设管理提供实践参考与理论借鉴。
Abstract: This paper takes the renovation and enhancement project of Shanghai Changfeng Park as the research subject, focusing on the supervision and control measures during the construction phase of a high-quality landscape improvement project under the complex conditions of “operating while constructing” in an urban central area. By introducing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle management theory, it systematically elaborates on the refined supervision process covering the entire process from construction preparation to acceptance. It also emphasizes the strengthening of safety management for key operations and environmental protection measures. Through a comparative analysis with completely enclosed construction projects, it examines the increase in supervision workload and the particularities of risk control in an open environment, aiming to achieve coordinated management of quality, safety, progress, and civilized construction. The summarized supervision and control experiences from this paper can provide practical references and theoretical insights for the construction management of landscape projects pursuing the integration of ecology, artistry, and functionality in similar urban renewal contexts.
