基于智能技术的康复治疗学本科教学成效研究
Research on the Effectiveness of Undergraduate Teaching in Rehabilitation Therapy Based on Intelligent Technology
摘要: 目的:探讨智能技术在康复治疗学本科教学中的应用模式及其成效。方法:选取杭州医学院康复治疗学专业2022级(对照组,50人)与2023级(实验组,52人)本科生为研究对象。对照组采用传统教学,实验组引入虚拟仿真训练、AI辅助病例教学及智能反馈平台。通过理论考核、技能操作、临床思维测评及问卷调查比较教学效果。结果:实验组理论成绩(86.35 ± 4.21分)和技能成绩(89.72 ± 3.86分)均显著高于对照组(81.67 ± 5.03分,83.45 ± 4.67分) (
p < 0.05)。临床思维测评显示实验组在病例分析深度、干预方案合理性方面显著优于对照组。教学满意度调查中,实验组在“学习兴趣激发”、“临床情境还原度”、“即时反馈有效性”维度评分均高于对照组。结论:智能技术可有效提升康复治疗学本科教学成效,尤其在技能训练与临床思维培养方面优势明显,但需关注技术与课程的深度融合及师资智能素养的提升。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the application model and effectiveness of intelligent technology in undergraduate teaching of rehabilitation therapy. Methods: Undergraduate students majoring in Rehabilitation Therapy at Hangzhou Medical College were selected as the research subjects, including the class of 2022 (control group, 50 students) and the class of 2023 (experimental group, 52 students). The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group was introduced to virtual simulation training, AI-assisted case-based teaching, and an intelligent feedback platform. Teaching effectiveness was compared through theoretical examinations, practical skills assessments, clinical reasoning evaluations, and questionnaire surveys. Results: The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores in both theoretical examinations (86.35 ± 4.21) and practical skills assessments (89.72 ± 3.86) compared to the control group (81.67 ± 5.03 and 83.45 ± 4.67, respectively) (p < 0.05). Clinical reasoning evaluations indicated that the experimental group performed significantly better in the depth of case analysis and the rationality of intervention plans. In the teaching satisfaction survey, the experimental group rated higher than the control group in dimensions such as “stimulation of learning interest,” “restoration of clinical scenarios,” and “effectiveness of immediate feedback.” Conclusion: Intelligent technology can effectively enhance the effectiveness of undergraduate teaching in rehabilitation therapy, particularly demonstrating significant advantages in skill training and the cultivation of clinical thinking. However, attention must be paid to the deep integration of technology with the curriculum and the improvement of teachers’ intelligent literacy.
