农村老年人网络沉迷的成因与干预策略

The Causes of Internet Addiction among Rural Elderly and Intervention Strategies

摘要: 随着数字化进程的推进与老龄化社会加速来临，农村老年人网络沉迷问题越发引人关注。本研究采用质性研究方法，选取河南省南部某典型村庄中20名具有明显网络沉迷行为的老年人作为研究对象，通过半结构化访谈，系统分析其网络沉迷的行为特征、形成机制与应对策略。在此基础上，本文提出构建“家庭引导–社区支持–平台履责–政策保障”四位一体的协同干预体系，以推动数字技术正向赋能农村老年生活，助力实现有尊严、有联结、有活力的晚年图景。

Abstract: Amid advancing digitalization and an accelerating aging society, internet addiction among rural elderly has become an issue of growing concern. This study adopts a qualitative research approach, selecting 20 elderly individuals with pronounced internet addiction behaviors from a typical village in southern Henan Province as research subjects. Through semi-structured interviews, the study systematically examines the behavioral characteristics, underlying mechanisms, and intervention strategies related to their internet addiction. Based on the findings, this paper proposes a collaborative intervention framework integrating “family guidance, community support, platform accountability, and policy safeguards”. The aim is to steer digital technology toward positively empowering the lives of rural elderly, supporting the realization of a dignified, connected, and dynamic later life.
