思政引领下高校“一站式”学生社区治理困境的突破路径探析

摘要: “一站式”学生社区作为高校开展思想政治工作的关键场域，正面临部门协同不畅、学生认同不足、服 务效能低下等现实治理困境，亟需发挥组织引领作用，优化治理体系。研究基于5所高校的典型实践案 例，提出构建以思想政治为核心的“组织协同–集体共治–精准服务”三重治理规则体系。通过完善组 织架构、凝聚价值共识、健全共议机制和打造集成化数字服务平台，该体系能够有效推动学生社区从单 一管理向协同共治转型。

Abstract: “One-stop” student communities have become vital spaces for ideological and political education in universities. However, their governance is often hindered by fragmented departmental coordination,weak student engagement, and inefficient service delivery. These challenges make it imperative to leverage the leadership of organization as a driver for governance improvement. Drawing on exemplary practices from five universities, this study proposes a governance framework centered on ideological and political education, structured around three interconnected dimensions: “organizational synergy, collective participation, and targeted services”. By strengthening institutional structures,fostering shared values, establishing participatory mechanisms, and implementing digital service platforms, this framework can effectively drive the transition of student communities from top-down management toward collaborative governance.
