加固技术在提高建筑承载力中的应用研究——以某多层厂房项目为例
Research on the Application of Reinforcement Technology in Enhancing the Load-Bearing Capacity of Buildings—A Case Study of a Multi-Story Factory Project
摘要: 如何有效提高既有建筑承载力及抗震性能是工程界重点关注的问题。本文以某多层厂房加固改造项目为例,详细介绍了该厂房的结构现状鉴定及技术可行性,提出了基础加固和上部结构加固的具体方案。通过沉降变形分析和抗震性能验算,验证了加固方案的有效性,为类似工程提供了参考和借鉴,具有重要的实践意义。
Abstract: How to effectively enhance the load-bearing capacity and seismic performance of existing buildings is a key concern in the engineering field. Taking a reinforced and renovated multi-story factory project as an example, this paper provides a detailed analysis of the structural condition assessment and technical feasibility of the factory. Specific reinforcement solutions for the foundation and superstructure are proposed. Through settlement deformation analysis and seismic performance verification, the effectiveness of the reinforcement measures is validated, offering valuable references for similar projects and holding significant practical implications.
