某房屋地下室底板上浮开裂原因分析与处理
Analysis and Treatment of the Causes of Basement Floor Floating and Cracking in a Certain Project
摘要: 既有建筑的地下结构在使用过程中可能会因周边环境的变化或者地下室的改扩建导致房屋抗浮承载能力发生变化。对于新挖地下室或扩建地下室的既有房屋,地下室抗浮设计尤其重要。地下室底板由于上浮导致开裂现象较为常见,部分地下室上浮还会可能对主体结构产生不可逆的影响。本文通过对某房屋地下室上浮底板进行损伤专项检测、房屋完损检测、房屋变形检测、局部抗浮验算,分析了该房屋地下室底板上浮开裂的原因,并提出了相应的处理建议,可为该地区同类工程问题提供参考借鉴经验。
Abstract: During their service life, underground structures of existing buildings may experience changes in anti-uplift capacity due to alterations in the surrounding environment or basement renovations and expansions. Anti-uplift design is particularly critical for existing buildings with newly excavated or extended basements. Uplift-induced cracking of basement slabs is a common issue, and in severe cases, basement uplift can cause irreversible damage to the superstructure. This paper presents a case study involving specialized investigations on an uplift-damaged basement slab, including condition assessment, structural integrity evaluation, deformation monitoring, and localized anti-uplift verification calculations. The causes of the observed slab uplift and cracking are analyzed, and corresponding remedial recommendations are proposed, offering valuable reference and practical insights for similar engineering challenges in the region.
