摘要: 数学公共课作为高等学校各专业人才培养的核心基础课程,承载着培养学生逻辑思维、运算能力、应用意识和创新素养的重要使命,其教学质量直接取决于数学公共课教师的综合素养与能力水平。我国高等教育已形成高职院校、职业本科院校、应用型本科院校和研究型本科院校多元化发展格局,不同类型高校的办学定位、人才培养目标和专业设置差异显著,对数学公共课教师的能力要求、教学重点和评价标准也存在明显区别。基于不同类型高等学校的办学特色,系统梳理数学公共课教师应具备的通用能力,深入分析各类高校对数学公共课教师的具体要求,探讨针对性的分类评价体系与教师队伍建设路径,为优化数学公共课教师培养、提升教学质量、适配各类高校人才培养需求提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
Abstract: Mathematics public courses serve as core foundational curricula for cultivating talent across all disciplines in higher education institutions. They bear the vital mission of developing students’ logical thinking, computational skills, applied awareness, and innovative literacy. The quality of instruction in these courses directly depends on the comprehensive competence and professional capabilities of mathematics public course instructors. China’s higher education system has evolved into a diversified landscape encompassing vocational colleges, vocational undergraduate institutions, applied undergraduate universities, and research-oriented undergraduate universities. Significant differences exist among these institutions in their educational positioning, talent development objectives, and program offerings, leading to distinct requirements for mathematics instructors’ competencies, teaching priorities, and evaluation criteria. This paper systematically outlines the universal competencies required of mathematics instructors across these institutional types, based on their distinctive characteristics. It conducts an in-depth analysis of the specific demands placed on mathematics instructors by each category of institution, explores targeted classification evaluation systems and faculty development pathways, and provides theoretical references and practical insights for optimizing mathematics instructor training, enhancing teaching quality, and aligning with the talent cultivation needs of diverse higher education institutions.
