基于OBE理念的高校教育教学质量保障体系构建

Construction of a Higher Education Teaching Quality Assurance System Based on OBE Philosophy

摘要: 在教育部新一轮审核评估背景下，地方高校亟须探索符合自身定位的实践路径，基于OBE理念的教学保障体系能够有效破解传统教育中目标模糊、反馈滞后等难题。本文以伊犁师范大学为例，聚焦立德树人根本任务与OBE核心理念，探讨基于OBE理念的高校教育教学质量保障体系构建路径与实践策略，为同类高校提供可借鉴的实践范式。

Abstract: Under the background of the new round of audit and evaluation of the Ministry of Education, local universities need to explore the practice path in line with their own positioning, and the teaching guarantee system based on the concept of OBE can effectively solve the problems of fuzzy goals and lagging feedback in traditional education. This paper takes Yili Normal University as an example, focuses on the fundamental task of establishing moral education and the core concept of OBE, and explores the construction path and practice strategy of the quality assurance system of college education and teaching based on the concept of OBE, so as to provide a practical paradigm for similar colleges and universities to learn from.
